event of its kind in Ireland
aimed exclusively at the
growing property investor,
landlord, developer and

Sunday Business Post
Property Expo 2007
in
Cork is a must for those
looking to make the most out
of their property investments.
“The
unprecedented success of The
Dublin Property Expo 2007
proves the Irish overseas
property market is booming. A
large part of the success of
the Dublin Show was due to the
fact there has finally been a
slow down in the Irish
property market. Therefore,
if people still want to make
good capital appreciation on
their property investments
they must go overseas”. Adrian
Hopkins, Sales Director, The
Sunday Business Post Property
Expo.
The
Seminar Programme will be
an integral and highly
informative part of The
Sunday Business Post
Property Expo 2007. In
all, over 12 forty minute
seminars will be staged
throughout the two days of
Property Expo 2007.
Presented by experts in an
independent, non-commercial
way, they aim to convey the
fundamentals of property
investing to the first-time
investor and enhance the
expertise of the veteran
investor.
Satisfied
exhibitors at the recent
Property Expo in the RDS had
this to say;
"Thanks
for a fantastic show. We
completely sold out of all the
apartments we had to sell in
Manchester". We did well over
3,000,000 in sales over the
weekend. We will definitely be
back next year".
Des Quigley, Off Plan
Investments
"The Sunday Business Post team
has consistently proved to be
the most effective at
attracting the quality
investor through the door. We
found their marketing effort
and product offering to the
investor to display a much
better understanding of the
Irish market than any of the
other property shows
especially those run by
UK companies."
Graham Carr, Premier
Property
Ireland
"The show was a really
great success. We are
delighted with the quality and
quantity of visitors to our
stand. The Sunday Business
Post's Property Expo far
surpasses any property
exhibition in the
UK or
organised by a UK company in
Ireland at the moment. We were
very surprised and pleased
with the amount of sales we
actually made at the show. See
you all in Cork at the end of
March".
